RPI Hockey Loses to UMass-Lowell 4-3
The RPI Men's hockey team lost to UMass-Lowell 4-3 Friday night in the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA. "I didn't think we did the little things well," says head coach Dan Fridgen in the USCHO recap.
Having attended the game, I was disappointed in the fan turnout at Tsongas. The box score reports an attendance of around 1500, although in a 6,500 seat arena, it felt more like 900. There really is nothing like a game at the Houston Field House!
